The Synergy Professional is an event during the Synergy Conference that provides individuals receiving or eligible to receive DD services the opportunity to showcase and sell their products and services to conference attendees.

Where is the Professionallocated?
The Professional will be held as part of the Synergy Conference Synergy Exchange activities. Specific location details and setup instructions will be provided to registered vendors prior to the event.
Why is Synergy hosting a Professional?
The Professional celebrates entrepreneurship, creativity, self-determination, and economic empowerment by providing people receiving or eligible to receive DD services with an opportunity to promote and sell their products and services.

Registration
Is there a cost to participate?
No. Professional participation is FREE.
What does registration include?
Each registration includes:
- One 8-foot table, table cover and two chairs
- Registration for up to two representatives for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, nly
- Opportunity to sell products and services during the Marketplace
- Electricity (when requested)
How do I register?
Is space limited?
Does Professional registration include conference registration?
No. Professional registration is only valid for participation in the Professional on September 30, 2026, from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. To register for the Conference visit HERE
Selling Products & Service
Can I sell products at my table?
Yes. Vendors are encouraged to bring products available for purchase.
Can I promote services instead of physical products?
Absolutely. Service providers are welcome to participate and market their businesses.
Can I use a QR code for purchases?
Yes. Vendors may display QR codes that direct customers to online stores, payment platforms, or websites.
Can I sell both in person and online?
Yes. Vendors may use a combination of physical product sales and QR-code-based purchases.
Payments
Will Synergy process payments for vendors?
No. Vendors are responsible for processing all transactions.
What payment methods should I accept?
Vendors are encouraged to offer payment options that work best for their customers, such as:
- Cash
- Credit/debit cards
- Venmo
- PayPal
- Cash App
- Square
- Other digital payment methods
Wi-Fi is available in the convention center. Password and connection details will be provided with your vendor information.
Will Synergy provide change for cash purchases?
No. Vendors are responsible for managing their own cash transactions and change.
Vendor Setup
What should I bring?
Recommended items include:
- Products or promotional materials
- Business cards
- Table display materials
- Signage
- QR codes
- Payment processing equipment
- Extension cords (if requesting electric)
Will tables and chairs be provided?
Vendor tables, table coverings and two chairs per table will be provided. Additional setup details will be shared with registered vendors.
When can I set up?
All Marketplace Vendors can set up on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 11am to 1:30pm. All Marketplace Vendors must be set up for attendee traffic by 1:30pm and remain set up until 5pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Table assignments and additional information will be provided to registered vendors before the event.
